If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.


Exchanges or refunds

We may provide an exchange or refund in eligible situations (e.g., production error, wrong item received, or carrier damage). Each request is reviewed case-by-case.


How to submit a claim (no email needed)

Use chat widget(at the bottom). Include:

 

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product/packaging

  • Lot code (usually printed near the “Best Before” date or along the back/top seal; a clear close-up photo helps)
